Idealised in 2019 and formally registered in 2022, Eckseed is an architectural visualization agency that offers a comprehensive blend of professional rendering services to various clients using 3D still imagery, film, virtual reality sequences and packaged presentations. The core of our production process lies within our skilled visualizers—primarily based in Australia and a secondary office in Nigeria—who are adept at using state-of-the-art software tools to transform concepts into eye-catching representations.

— Briefing : We collect details of your project, after which we send you a fee proposal
— Research + Moodboard : Upon acceptance of the proposal, we commence a process (i.e. Art Direction) that looks into similar type projects characterised with emotive lighting, materiality and stellar compositions
— Draft Preview : We model the project based on your requirements showcasing intended camera views and possible lighting scenarios.
— Material Preview : Model is further refined with assets and textures are applied to the model relative to approved camera views
— Final Submission : High-end visuals are delivered
Timeline for projects vary and is dependent on the scale and type of project. As a guide, a single still image for the exterior of 1-3 Storey residential building can take anything between 3 to 5 days.
We also accommodate urgent requests. Please note that this has to be explicitly expressed.
Like we've mentioned before, we have licensed and practicing designers within our ranks, and it just so happens that a lot of the delivery of their projects are residences that range from single family luxury homes, to volume builds and highrises. One might even say we are unusally passionate when it comes to anything related to the development of homes.
