Our Studio achieved great success in delivering comprehensive interior planning and architectural visualization services for a prototype 100-room hostel building catering to medical students in Kogi State, Nigeria. Focusing on functionality, durability, and comfort, we designed efficient layouts integrating well-appointed amenities and common areas conducive to academic growth and community engagement.
With keen awareness of cultural sensitivities and needs, we ensured the finalised visuals respected and celebrated Nigerian heritage whilst meeting international standards expected in contemporary residences of this sort.
Our visualizations were instrumental in securing funding, guiding contractors, and managing stakeholder expectations.
